Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled or altered after 72 hours from the time the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our appliances, any order cancellations made after the 72 hour window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Information

We make our best effort to ship your purchase as soon as the build is completed. We custom make each order to your exacting specifications. We thoroughly test each appliance after the manufacturing process is completed to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to you. We make every effort to build, test, and ship every order as fast as possible. If you have any questions about the shipping or estimated arrival of you appliance, please contact us for more information.

Warranty Service

If you need warranty service, please fill in the RMA form using the RMA link on the left menu. Select the type of service you require and someone will contact you within 1 business day to setup warranty repair or return.

For a return, you must return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the only option is repair or replacement.
