Untangle Appliances provided configuration for our Untangle device. While converting a established Sonicwall firewall which was several years old, Jim Martin sorted thru dozens of access rules and one to one NAT's in order to assure the ones we needed were there and the un-necessary ones, deleted. Jim added all the external and internal IP's needed, reconfigured all the one to one NAT rules, and created new firewall and port forward rules. Complete testing of the new untangle device was done before installation, making the transition as seamless as possible. Jim also documented all the work done and even provided instructions on how to do the basic tasks. I would highly recommend Jim to configure your Untangle device.
