We pride ourselves in our appliances. When ordering from us, you can expect the following:

Custom Appliances - Many of our Appliance lines are customizable to your exact specifications. You choose the processor, memory, hard disk, and more to ensure your Untangle Appliance will run your network at peak performance.

Quality Components - We only use the highest quality components in our appliances. Experience has taught us that cheap parts result in "cheap" performance. That is why we use only the best industry standard components from the likes of Intel, Crucial, and Seagate. We thoroughly test every component for compatibility with the Untangle operating system before we qualify it for use in our appliances.

Quality Assurance - Every Untangle Appliance is individually tested and ran through a rigorous 24 hour testing procedure to ensure only the highest quality product is delivered. We never use the "Dell" model and ship appliances with known defects. If an appliance fails any of our testing procedures, we identify the problem, replace the defective component(s), and retest the appliance to ensure proper functionality.

Innovative Features - We have developed some innovative features into our appliance lines. From passive failover to integrated recovery systems, our appliances have innovative features you won't find anywhere else.

Expert Advice - We are Untangle experts. We know what it takes to make Untangle work in any environment. Our appliances power networks ranging from 10 user small offices to 6000 user school districts. We have gained much experience with the Untangle system, and we are willing to do what it takes to make Untangle work for you. That's why we give 1 hour of consulting time with every appliance we sell.
